Crack leakage treatment plan
Using the gouge inlay method.
The method is: first cut a V-shaped groove with a depth of 30-50mm and a width of 30-50mm along the crack.The groove is firstly primed with plain cement slurry, and then the 1.5-meter thick polymer cement waterproof coating waterproof layer is filled. V-grooves on both sides of the floor must be painted with water-resistant paint within a wide range of 150. The remaining part of the V-grooves should be smoothed and compacted with 1: 1 micro-expanded cement mortar (mixed with 5 ﹪ water powder) before making fine stone concrete floors. Lay a 500-wide steel wire mesh on top of the V-shaped groove for reinforcement.
1. Water the water to find out the correct location of the cracks before gouging. Use a wire brush to remove the original ground cement and mortar bonding layer.
2. After the waterproof coating is semi-dry for the first pass, apply it again. After the waterproof coating in the V-shaped groove is finished, water needs to be irrigated for cracks and water-tightness test, and the V-shaped groove is blocked after passing.
3. Strengthen the watering maintenance work and finished product protection work after compacting the micro-expansion cement mortar, and prevent the trolley from directly crushing the crack location during the ground construction.
